  1. Well high density is the way to go, think of all the wetlands and agricultural lands you are saving,does the property at 51 lakeshore really need all that grass to cut?

    If Toronto did not go vertical,we would have bulldozed the Holland Marsh by now!

  2. I certainly support the mandate to increase density in key areas, especially adjacent efficient public transit corridors. However, using this as justification for intensification anywhere there is available space, without equal consideration for other site-specific considerations is just poor urban planning. In my opinion this is not the site for which to be beating the drum for increasing density.
    On a personal note, I can't believe how out of character for the neighbourhood and how ugly the proposed development is.
