It is interesting to note that at the community meeting in late 2007 regarding the monster-house proposal for the site, Dunpar Development's representative indicated that there had been no plan for building townhouses on the northern portion of the property.
Yet, at the public meeting on November 27 regarding the new plan for the site, Councillor Mark Grimes stated that Dunpar/Zanini had first proposed the "new" townhouse scheme first.
That is confirmed by the date of April 28 on the first drawing shown above. The landscape drawing is dated April 3rd or 4th, 2007.
Dunpar/Zanini have shown that they do not tell the truth and cannot be trusted.
Dunpar had approached the co-op next door to sound them out on building townhouses BEFORE the application to build the monster home on the water's edge. It was always their intention.
